Responsibilities :
Peninsula Steel is seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated Customer Service team. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and ensuring efficient product delivery.
Responsibilities :
Β Reach out to existing and potential customers to address their needs and explore sales opportunities.
Β Serve as an internal account coordinator for designated accounts.
Β Cultivate relationships with new clients to expand our customer base.
Β Provide accurate quotes, enter orders into the system, and follow up on transactions.
Β Collaborate with the Sales team to share insights on potential sales leads.
Β Ensure timely and quality delivery of customer orders, liaising with logistics as needed.
Β Support fellow Inside Sales Representatives in managing and growing their accounts.
Β Recommend suitable products to customers based on their requirements.
Β Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and credit terms.
Β Offer ongoing support and consultation to clients.
Β Distribute product samples and catalogs to interested customers.
Β Identify potential customers through business directories and referrals.
Β Stay updated on market trends, product developments, and competitors' activities.
Β Gather credit information on prospective clients and facilitate order processing.
Β Engage in negotiations with retail partners to enhance product visibility and promotion.
Β Coordinate the resolution of customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
Β Uphold a high standard of customer service to reinforce client loyalty.
Β Enter orders efficiently using SAP software.
Qualifications :
Β Proficient in English (Advanced level).
Β High School Diploma or equivalent education.
Β 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.
Β Experience in call centers, particularly for bilingual campaigns, is advantageous.
Β Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and SAP software.
Β Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Β Active listening abilities and critical thinking.
Β Exceptional attention to detail.
Location : This position is exclusively open to residents of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.
