Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager for a well-respected, multi-location Ag Equipment Sales and Service company.
Qualified applicants understand the importance of doing a job correctly and the value of satisfied customers.
Regular duties include managing a team that does basic diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned agricultural equipment in the shop and service locations.
Responsibilities:
Β Work with management to oversee all aspects of the Service Department
Β Assist with assigning jobs to technicians according to their skills and knowledge
Β Oversee diagnostics, service repairs, assembly and maintenance on all equipment that comes through the shop
Β Oversee and participate in service training programs
Β Communicate with management about any customer issues/complaints
Β Coordinate with other departments to best serve our customers
Β Maintain a clean area and work in a neat, orderly and safe way.
Requirements:
Β Superior people and communication skills
Β Extensive service knowledge in multiple brands of ag equipment
Β Ability to work flexible hours during peak seasons
Β Experience managing staff
