Job Duties:
Β Provide strategic leadership and collaborate with the Board to drive organizational growth and impact
Β Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies, including foundation partnerships, donor relationships, and grant acquisition
Β Oversee program development and implementation to ensure maximum educational impact
Β Manage financial operations and budget allocation to support strategic initiatives
Β Lead and develop a remote team while fostering a positive, collaborative culture
Β Serve as the organization's public face, building relationships with educational leaders, foundations, and key stakeholders
Β Guide research initiatives to demonstrate program effectiveness and drive adoption in educational settings
Qualifications:
Β 10+ years relevant professional experience
Β Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, psychology, education, public health, or related field
Β Proven track record in nonprofit leadership and organizational management
Β Demonstrated success in fundraising and relationship building
Β Experience managing remote teams and scaling operations
Β Strong technological proficiency
Β Willingness to travel 25% within the US
