Responsibilities
Β Oversee and review user-generated content on multiple social media channels to ensure adherence to community standards.
Β Engage with users by responding to comments, queries, and feedback in a timely manner.
Β Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or behavior according to established policies.
Β Collaborate with the moderation team to develop best practices for content moderation and user engagement.
Β Stay updated on industry trends and changes in social media guidelines.
Β Analyze user interactions and gather feedback to enhance community management strategies.
Requirements
Β Fluency in Dutch is mandatory; proficiency in English is also essential.
Β Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.
Β Prior experience in content moderation or customer service is advantageous.
Β Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their community standards.
Β Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Β Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Β Access to a reliable internet connection for remote work.
Β Familiarity with moderation tools and content management systems is a plus.
