  • Follow a structured communication plan while also being adaptable to the needs and interests of each MnP.
  • Leverage a mix of automation and one-on-one communication to ensure timely and meaningful touchpoints with each MnP.
  • Complete a set number of meaningful engagement calls per month, focusing on stewardship, gratitude, and ministry updates.
  • Identify and understand MnP passions, aligning their giving with impactful ministry opportunities.
    Donor Growth & Retention
  • Increase revenue annually by an established percentage through strategic donor engagement and upgraded giving levels.
  • Increase donor retention rates, ensuring that active MnPs continue supporting the ministry.
  • Lead targeted donor contact campaigns, including lapsed donor re-engagement, special project campaigns, and seasonal giving initiatives.
Collaboration & Major Gift Pipeline Development
  • Work closely with Major Gift Officers (MGOs) to identify and cultivate MnPs who demonstrate potential for major giving.
  • Identify a set number of MnPs per year who can be transitioned to major donor portfolios based on giving trends and engagement levels.
  • Partner with the broader Development Team to ensure MnPs receive consistent and compelling communication about the impact of their giving.
    Systems & CRM Management
  • Effectively utilize Virtuous CRM to track donor interactions, record engagement details, and maintain accurate donor history.
  • Analyze donor data and reports to identify opportunities for deeper engagement and giving growth.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all MnP communication and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
