<p><strong>About BioFi:</strong></p><p>BioFi is a health technology company focused on improving patient outcomes through remote monitoring of vital signs. We work closely with clinics and patients to support their care with real-time data and responsive communication.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Position Overview</strong></p><p>We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Monitoring Staff Member to join our remote team. This role involves monitoring patient vitals—heart rate (HR), respiratory rate (RR), and blood pressure (BP), via our platform, conducting check-in calls, and documenting notes clearly and accurately. You'll be a key part of ensuring patients feel supported and that their care teams are informed.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Monitor incoming vitals (HR, RR, BP, etc.) via our remote monitoring platform</li><li>Call patients to check in or as part of scheduled follow-ups</li><li>Document all patient interactions clearly and thoroughly in our system</li><li>Escalate any concerning trends or symptoms per clinical guidelines</li><li>Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality</li><li>Collaborate with other team members and providers as needed</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Registered Nurse or Medical Assistant Certification is required!</strong></li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Comfortable making patient calls and documenting accurately</li><li>Familiarity with medical terms and vitals monitoring</li><li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently</li><li>Access to a reliable computer and internet</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Hours & Flexibility</strong></p><ul><li>Approximately 10 hours per week to start</li><li>Flexible scheduling, but do need to be available to return patient texts and calls within a reasonable time</li><li>Potential to increase hours based on need, performance and your availability</li><li>This is a <strong>1099 independent contractor</strong> position. As a contractor, you will be responsible for managing your own taxes and benefits.
