Job Duties and Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Provide enthusiastic customer service for inbound/outbound phone and email support
ΓΒ Be compassionate and dedicated in handling escalated issues
ΓΒ Work closely and professionally with other departments for the best resolution
ΓΒ Must be versatile in managing multiple software programs while conversing with all levels of internal and external customers
ΓΒ Maintain and promote excellent client relations by managing prompt, efficient, and accurate responses to email and phone communications
ΓΒ Deliver strong and proactive follow-up to customers
ΓΒ Adhere to defined procedures, standards, and performance expectations
Required Skills:

Qualifications:
ΓΒ High School Diploma required. BachelorΓΒs degree preferred; equivalent work experience considered
ΓΒ Two years of customer service experience preferred
ΓΒ Knowledge of payments industry a plus
ΓΒ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
This full-time customer service position location is preferred in Oxford, Mississippi, with competitive compensation and benefits.
