Description

Requirements

Responsibilities

ΓΒ Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
ΓΒ Provide information about products and services
ΓΒ Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
ΓΒ Maintain customer records by updating account information
ΓΒ Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
ΓΒ Achieve performance targets and adhere to quality standards

Educational Qualifications
