Office Manager/Coordinator with Remote Work FlexibilityIntelligent Green Solutions is looking for qualified Office Manager candidates to join our industry-leading team. The Office Manager is a new position and will join our team located in the Bainbridge Training Center.

Responsibilities include:
This position requires a Team Player and Self Starter with excellent communication, management and interpersonal skills. The primary roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
รย Oversee project and job-site scheduling of internal and sub-contractors (1-2 internal staff + sub-contractors)
รย Assist with customer scheduling & follow up
รย Assist with basic customer billing and invoicing
รย Support sales technicians (1-2)
รย General office and administrative support (scanning / processing mail, insurance items, general office admin)
รย Coordinate with internal engineering teams
รย Coordinate with internal purchasing and planning teams
รย Maintain all OSHA compliance and safety standards
Requirements:
รย Office manager experience: 5 years
รย General construction knowledge: 5 years
รย Experience with sub-contractors: 2 years
รย Able to stand and walk for long periods of time
รย Able to lift over 70 pounds
รย Excellent computer skills, knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft products
รย Experienced with smartphone (iPhone preferred)
