POSITION DETAILS:
ΓΒ Start Date: Immediate upon completion of the recruitment process
ΓΒ Teaching Hours: Peak hours are Monday to Sunday 7 PM to 9 PM Beijing time. Extra hours can be taken on Saturdays and Sundays between 9 AM and 7 PM Beijing time
ΓΒ Students: Kids aged 4-11 years based in China
ΓΒ Class duration: 25 and 55 minutes (one-on-one classes)
ΓΒ Remuneration: Set base rate of 12 USD per hour
ΓΒ Contract type: Independent Service Provider with The Really Great Teacher Company
ΓΒ Location: Embrace the convenience of working from home
? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
ΓΒ Deliver engaging English lessons to kids students
ΓΒ Create a dynamic and fun classroom environment
ΓΒ Lead discussions, assess student performance, and provide feedback and grading of homework
Requirements
APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS:
ΓΒ Completed Bachelor's Degree or higher (Any field)
ΓΒ Accredited, completed 120-hour or above TEFL, TESOL, CELTA or TEYL
ΓΒ 2 years of teaching experience
ΓΒ English first language speakers from the USA or Canada.
ΓΒ Computer literate with a clear criminal record
ΓΒ Engaging and inspiring communication skills
ΓΒ Punctual and precise timekeeping
ΓΒ Alignment with The Really Great Teacher Company's values
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
ΓΒ PC specifications: Intel Core i5 (Use the "" box below). (4 CPUs) or greater, 8GB RAM or greater
ΓΒ Backup power: Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) with a battery life of 4-5 hours (2000VA)
ΓΒ Internet connection: Stable fiber connection, minimum 20 Mbps upload and download speeds
ΓΒ Accessories:
Noise-cancelling headsets, HD web camera, and a tidy, well-lit, and quiet teaching environment
