Pay Ranges: $13.00/hr
Shifts Available:
1st shift
Monday -Friday 8AM-5:00PM (Pacific Time)

Role and Responsibilities
รย Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to completeRetrieval of medical records via fax, mail, remote electronic medical record access or scheduling visits at the provider location
รย Meets established expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results; encourages others to do the same
รย Effectively communicate with team members and external providers to ensure adherence with challenging project timelines
รย Consistently models and inspires high levels of integrity, lives up to commitments, and takes responsibility for the impact of one's actions
รย Increases skills and knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, outreaching in queues and any additional duties assigned
รย Enhances department reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing goals and exploring new opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
รย Complete additional tasks as required to support division
Qualifications and Education Requirements
รย Positive attitude, ability to pay attention to detail and utilize common sense
รย Outgoing and engaging personality with a client service focus
รย Team player with ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional business partners, external partners, and others
รย Proficient in verbal and written communication
รย Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and type 35 WPM
รย Dependability
รย Make regular and persistent phone calls and/or other means of contact with each facility to complete each order timely
