Responsible for promoting an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at front of store ensuring prompt, courteous customer service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Role models outstanding customer service.
ΓΒ Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
ΓΒ Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
ΓΒ Takes an active role in training and mentoring Associates on front end principles
ΓΒ Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience while promoting loyalty programs
ΓΒ Assigns registers, supports and responds to POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
ΓΒ Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
ΓΒ Ensures Associates execute tasks and activities according to store plan; prioritizes as needed
ΓΒ Communicates accurately and effectively with management and Associates when setting and addressing priorities; provides progress updates
ΓΒ Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback
ΓΒ Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
ΓΒ Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
ΓΒ Promotes credit and loyalty programs
ΓΒ Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
ΓΒ Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
ΓΒ Other duties as assigned
Who We Are Looking For: You!
ΓΒ Available to work flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
ΓΒ Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
ΓΒ Capable of multi-tasking
ΓΒ Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
ΓΒ Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
ΓΒ Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors
ΓΒ Able to train others
ΓΒ 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

This position has a starting pay range of $16.00 to $16.50 per hour.
Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
