Position: Full-Time Account Manager
Job Duties include, but are not limited to:
รย Communicate with customers, via phone or e-mail, about current and new orders
รย Creating/editing sales orders, quotes, and invoices
รย Researching apparel products and promotional items, using our Sage database
รย Answering phones and helping customers with any questions or concerns they might have on current and new orders
รย Managing and growing our current customer base of over 100 schools
รย Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success
รย Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
รย Creating UPS shipments
รย Travelling to conferences in the spring and fall to represent the company
