Job Description
We're seeking an Online Chat Specialist to handle incoming customer support questions via live chat on businessesΓΒ websites and social media accounts and candidate must possess the skills to answer inbound chats, emails, and/or correspondence from customers and properly address inquiries.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
ΓΒ Evaluate customer interactions and elevate issues to Online Chat Manager when appropriate
ΓΒ Crete relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs
ΓΒ Respond to the customer questions, inquiries, requests and problems accurately, concisely and appropriately
ΓΒ Promotes interest in client products and services
ΓΒ Consistently achieves established standards of the position
ΓΒ Continually portray and project a positive and professional image.
ΓΒ Provide administrative support to the customer service team
ΓΒ May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications
ΓΒ High school diploma or equivalent.
ΓΒ Experience in customer service.
ΓΒ Strong telephone etiquette.
