Job briefWe are looking for Remote Call Center Agents who will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential clients. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Responsibilities
รย Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
รย Follow communication รยscriptsรย when handling different topics
รย Identify customersรย needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
รย Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
รย Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
รย Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative metrics
Requirements and skills
รย Must provide own equipment
รย Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
รย Must be 18 years or older
รย Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
รย Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
รย High school degree
