Technical Support Specialists require a mix of customer support and entry-level technical knowledge. Ability to answer support requests from customers, resolve technical issues, providing feedback on basic product functionality questions, and appropriately routing non-support related requests to a higher level of expertise. ΓΒ Speak with existing and new customers to diagnose and repair faults for a variety of products and services
ΓΒ Solve complex customer challenges and regain customer confidence by building rapport with customers and using company systems to resolve concerns
ΓΒ Provide timely resolution to customers experiencing technical issues by guiding customers through corrective steps
ΓΒ General knowledge of company, products, and/or services
ΓΒ Obtain customer information and enter into various CRM systems
ΓΒ Adhere to QA requirements and utilize a call flow
ΓΒ Comply with federal and state regulations, as well as company and client policy, with regards to the handling of consumer confidential information
Qualifications:
ΓΒ Internet speed at your home must be at least 20mbps
ΓΒ Minimum 3-6 months of telemarketing, retail, or sales experience; in-person or via phone
ΓΒ Technical PC experience (Windows, preferred)
ΓΒ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Promotes positive work environment)
ΓΒ Analytical and problem-solving skills
ΓΒ Proficient in multi-tasking
ΓΒ Excellent communication skills (Professional demeanor)
ΓΒ Ability to build rapport with customers and exhibit empathy
ΓΒ Proficient with technology applications; email, Internet browsers, search engines and data management systems
ΓΒ Basic math skills
