 Overview*We are seeking dedicated Call Center Representatives to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be proficient in data entry and computerized systems. Experience in a medical office setting is a plus.
 Responsibilities*
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls professionally
- Perform data entry accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to provide information or resolve issues
- Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
- Analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain knowledge of medical terminology to assist callers effectively  Qualifications*
- Proficient in computerized systems for data entry
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with medical office procedures is advantageous
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
