Responsibilities:
รย Assist with daily living activities: personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration
รย Offer companionship and emotional support
รย Adhere to HIPAA regulations and respect client rights
รย Follow Care Plans and deliver personal care services
รย Complete visit documentation and time sheets
รย Communicate client care needs and changes
รย Coordinate with agency staff for effective care delivery
Requirements:
รย Home Care Aide (HCA) Certification (Required)
รย 2+ year of experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred
รย Ability to lift, transfer patients, and perform physical tasks
รย Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
รย Strong communication and interpersonal skills
รย Willingness to collaborate with healthcare professionals
รย California Driver's License (Required)
รย Ability to work weekends and US holidays
รย Relocate to Los Angeles, CA before starting work
