The fundamental key to our success has been our top-notch, forward-thinking Communications Associate team working the frontlines of our direct promotional outreach campaigns. As a result, we have a high demand from our clients to expand rapidly.Communication Associate Key Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Help craft and execute all promotional outreach campaigns for surrounding communities
ΓΒ Facilitate all customer engagement through strong relationship-building, consultative communications techniques, and active-listening skills
ΓΒ Proactively monitor and identify potential product and service risks and provide real-time feedback to the client for improvement
ΓΒ Create training material for newly onboarded employees and update when needed with the products, services, and promotional information
ΓΒ Communicate and engage with customers in local markets to drive brand awareness and increase market share for our clients
Experience Needed for Communications Associates:
ΓΒ Previous experience in a communications-centric role
ΓΒ Prior experience working in an accelerated and entrepreneurial team environment
ΓΒ Knowledge of basic communications techniques and promotional outreach strategies
ΓΒ Proven track record of establishing long-lasting, positive client relationships
Education & Qualifications:
