This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA)TRC Talent Solutions is hiring FULLY REMOTE Call Center Representatives for a well-known company located in Irving, TX. These positions have a starting pay of $14/hr. The hours of operations are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-4:30pm Saturdays. Interested candidates must be able to work either 8am-5pm or 11am-8pm during the week and Saturday 8am-4:30pm.
Responsibilities:
ΓΒ Take inbound calls for order placement
ΓΒ Up sell and cross sell additional items
ΓΒ Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
ΓΒ Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
ΓΒ Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
ΓΒ Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
ΓΒ Ask probing questions and overcome objections
Requirements:
ΓΒ Min. 1 year of previous call center experience
ΓΒ Previous experience in cosmetics/beauty is desired
ΓΒ Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
ΓΒ Ability to adapt to the fast-paced internet environment
ΓΒ Problem solving skills
ΓΒ Excellent judgment and decision-making skills
ΓΒ Strong verbal and written communications skills
ΓΒ Demonstrated customer service skills
ΓΒ PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 30 wpm)
ΓΒ Regular and punctual attendance is a must
ΓΒ High School Diploma or equivalent
ΓΒ Pass a background check (no misdemeanors or felonies involving violence, theft or sexual convictions)
