Compensation & Benefits For Outside Sales Representatives
ΓΒ Performance Based Pay (based on activities)

ΓΒ $62,400 - $266,000 / year (expected yearly earnings)
ΓΒ Vehicle allowance (for qualifying vehicles)

Responsibilities For Outside Sales Representatives
ΓΒ Hunters wanted to prospect, qualify, identify, and close new sales opportunities (targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, social media)
ΓΒ Manage and maximize assigned territory
ΓΒ Conduct exterior property inspection identifying for wind and hail damage
ΓΒ Convert inspection to claim filed and contract signed
ΓΒ Review Scope of work and sign contract with homeowners
ΓΒ Meet the Insurance adjuster on property
ΓΒ Collect funds and insurance deductible from homeowner
ΓΒ Obtain Referrals from customers on approved sales/networking
ΓΒ Build relationships by earning trust with Homeowners (Under Promise and Over Deliver)
ΓΒ Educate customers on the industry, products, and AmeriProΓΒ s policies and procedures
ΓΒ Methodically manage your sales pipeline via our CRM
ΓΒ Maintain constant communication with Sales Leadership, homeowners, and office staff
ΓΒ Prepare & attend weekly sales meetings
ΓΒ Follow AmeriPro' s Sales System, policies, processes, and procedures
Qualifications For Outside Sales Representatives
ΓΒ 2+ years proven full cycle sales experience preferred not required
ΓΒ Must have a reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance)
ΓΒ Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills
ΓΒ Must have, or obtain, a smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
ΓΒ Industry knowledge a plus not required
ΓΒ Previous experience using a CRM platform required
ΓΒ Experience following a documented consultative, sales system preferred
ΓΒ Self Sufficient; Must be able to work in an independent environment.

ΓΒ Must have a valid Driver's license (Any State applicable)
ΓΒ 21 years of age or older preferred (for Insurance purposes)
