Job Summary:

The Junior Marketing Co-Op will support the marketing team with general administrative tasks, internal content management, and document organization. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations within a dynamic environment. The primary focus will be on refining internal documents and enhancing the companyโ€™s CWT Internal WorkVivo presence. The position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

This is a temporary, full-time co-op position with standard business hours. Travel is not required for this role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Organize and clean up internal marketing documents, ensuring consistency and accessibility.
  • Manage and update content on the CWT Internal WorkVivo platform to improve engagement and usability.
  • Assist in general marketing administrative tasks, including data entry, content formatting, and file management.
  • Support the marketing team in internal communication initiatives and content planning.
  • Conduct light research on marketing trends and best practices to support ongoing projects.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Knowledge:
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and internal communications.
    • Familiarity with content management systems or internal communication platforms (WorkVivo experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Ability to edit and format content for clarity and consistency.
  • Abilities:
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Education and Experience:

  • Required:
    • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree program.
  • Preferred:
    • Previous internship or co-op experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative role.
    • Experience with WorkVivo or similar internal communication platforms.

Working Conditions:

  • Work Environment: Office-based or remote/hybrid, depending on company policy.
  • Conditions: Primarily working on a computer, performing administrative and content-related tasks.
