Job Description
I am seeking a reliable and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant with hands-on experience in the real estate industry. This position requires strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and fluency in Wise Agent CRM.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience working in real estate (admin or transaction coordination preferred)
- Proficient with Wise Agent CRM
- Excellent communication and follow-through
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Comfortable with common tech tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.)
- Graphic design skills are a plus, but not a requirement
Additional Requirements:
- Must be available for a video (on-camera) interview — no exceptions
