About the position
- Responsibilities
- Come into the Macedonia location for initial onsite training prior to working from home.
- Be available when it snows to dispatch events.
- Coordinate and manage snowplow drivers' routes in an organized and efficient manner.
- Utilize the Electronic Dispatch System.
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Monitor and update completion times and coordinate with field managers to ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.
- Perform data entry tasks to input and update shipment information in the system.
- Collaborate with shipping and receiving departments to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.
- Be able to work on call from Midnight to 5 PM.
- Requirements
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and tracking completion of routes from drivers.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with drivers and internal customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.

- Experience with dispatching is a plus.
