About the position
- Responsibilities
- Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience.
- Support the identification of process optimization opportunities.
- Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members.
- Assist with project communication and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in resource allocation and project planning.
- Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively.
- Requirements
- Expert knowledge and working experience of MS Excel, macro building, PowerPoint presentation, and MS Word is a must.
- Experience of working with teams located across multiple geographical locations/cultures and able to collaborate well is a must.
- Effective communication and presentation skills are essential.
- Ability to execute, monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks until completion is required.
- Ability to analyze various data inputs, compare/consolidate, and prepare reports for management on short notice is necessary.
- Experience in the usage of Power BI tool and various project management related tools is an added advantage.
- Working experience in an integrated environment with collaboration across multiple teams/projects is required.
- Experience in data analysis and effective data building capability is essential.
- Willingness to overlap with teams located across various geographical locations to provide wider support coverage.
