Job Description
- As a Specifying Spanish Bilingual Representative (Remote), you will engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels, delivering exceptional customer service and/or technical support. You will work from home and be responsible for resolving routine inquiries and issues related to client products and services.Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be fluent in Spanish in verbal and written form
- 1-2 years of Automotive Parts Counter experience
- PC / Keyboarding Skills including Word & Excel Benefits
