We're seeking a compassionate and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team at Automated Health Systems. Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals and families in gaining access to healthcare services
- Review and determine eligibility and enrollment for assigned workload
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Requirements:
- Bilingual Skills: Fluency in Spanish (or Creole) required
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-Focused: Passion for helping people and delivering exceptional customer service
- Technical Proficiency: Strong PC skills with a willingness to learn new applications
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality of personal health information
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry (eligibility experience preferred)
- Education: Associate's degree preferred
