Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to pharmacy benefit plan members via inbound calls
- Answer questions regarding prescription coverage, drug inclusion, and mail-order prescriptions
- Resolve customer inquiries in a positive and productive manner
- Utilize your knowledge and skills to improve the healthcare experience for our plan members
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience engaging with clients (call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military experience)
- Proficiency in Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Reliable and compliant with scheduling standards
