About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our members via phone, answering questions, and resolving issues
- Perform financial transactions, recommend financial solutions, and provide guidance on achieving financial wellbeing
- Work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 6 months - 1 year of high-volume inbound call center experience (non-script based preferred) and customer service experience with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Skills: Ability to analyze problems, recommend efficient solutions, and provide exceptional customer service
