Commercial Account Manager – Oil & Gas (Remote)

    What You’ll Do
  • Take ownership of a major commercial client account, ensuring strong relationships and retention.
  • Develop and implement SOPs, service workflows, and customer experience standards.
  • Manage renewals, coverage reviews, and complex account servicing.
  • Collaborate with sales executives to support new business and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Participate in daily team huddles and weekly goal reviews.
  • Transition into a leadership role, mentoring and managing a service team as the agency grows.
    What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in commercial insurance account management, ideally within the oil & gas sector.
  • Proven leadership ability and interest in growing into team management.
  • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Competitive, driven, and accountable mindset.
  • Sales skills are a plus.
  • College degree preferred; relevant experience valued.
  • Military background is a bonus, not a requirement.
