Job Overview Seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Quality Assurance Inspector to ensure our luxury rental homes are perfectly prepared for guest arrivals. This role is critical to maintaining our reputation for excellence and delivering 5-star guest experiences. You will serve as the final set of eyes on each property before check-in, conducting thorough inspections and ensuring every home meets our brand standards. Key Responsibilities: Pre-Arrival Property Inspections: β€’ Inspect properties 24–48 hours prior to guest check-in. β€’ Verify cleanliness, staging, and proper stocking of amenities (linens, toiletries, kitchen supplies). β€’ Test appliances, thermostats, lights, remotes, and Wi-Fi connectivity. β€’ Identify maintenance or housekeeping deficiencies and coordinate prompt resolution. Documentation & Accountability: β€’ Complete digital checklists and provide photo documentation for every inspection. β€’ Track and report recurring issues to support continuous improvement. β€’ Communicate findings to housekeeping and maintenance teams clearly and professionally. Brand Quality Assurance: β€’ Ensure all properties reflect Alpine Edge’s high visual and functional standards. β€’ Make suggestions for improvement based on inspection findings. Coordination & Communication: β€’ Coordinate with operations and guest services teams to confirm properties are guest-ready. β€’ Escalate urgent issues to ensure resolution before check-in time. Skills β€’ Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or high-end cleaning services preferred. β€’ Keen eye for detail and high personal standards. β€’ Strong organizational and communication skills. β€’ Tech-savvy: Able to use checklists and inspection apps on a mobile device. β€’ Ability to work independently and reliably. β€’ Some basic handyman skills are a plus. β€’ Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Schedule & Reporting: β€’ Flexible scheduling with emphasis on Thursday–Sunday availability. β€’ Reports to Operations Manager or Owner. β€’ May involve weekend and holiday work depending on seasonal needs.
