Location: Remote (U.S. Only)

We are expanding and looking for motivated, coachable individuals who want to build a rewarding career in health insurance sales. As a Remote Health Benefits Advisor, you will help individuals and families across the U.S. find coverage that fits their needs—while working 100% remotely.

This opportunity is designed for professionals who are ready to follow a proven system, stay consistent, and take ownership of their results.

Contact warm leads and consult with clients about their health coverage needs
Educate individuals and families on available insurance options (private and supplemental plans)
Guide clients through the application and enrollment process
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
Participate in virtual training, team meetings, and mentorship sessions

Fully remote position – work from anywhere in the U.S.
Uncapped earning potential – 100% commission-based compensation
