I’m a busy small business owner looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help me manage both personal and light business tasks. The goal is to delegate recurring and ad-hoc work so I can focus on growing the business. Example Tasks Include: - Tracking weekly stock market indicators. - Running weekly/monthly company reports. - Creating and sending client invoices. - Conducting market research on various topics. - Researching potential projects or opportunities. - Making occasional phone calls to US numbers. Requirements: - Fluent in written and spoken English. - Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. - Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively. - Comfortable with online research and basic productivity tools (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.). - At least 2–3 hours overlap with US business hours. Bonus: Interest or experience in stock market or cryptocurrency topics. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior VA experience supporting executives or business owners. - Experience generating simple reports or tracking data in spreadsheets. - Comfortable making professional calls to US contacts. Workload & Compensation: - Part-time to start (approx. 10–20 hrs/week, may increase). - Hourly rate: $10–$20 USD/hour depending on experience.
