Job Description
Contractor must study an entire product line of outdoor equipment and be comfortable with a huge learning curve. You will be responsible for answering all inbound inquiries, with an overall goal to effectively diagnose customer needs and provide industry leading support/solutions, while delivering high customer satisfaction and individual results. Responsibilities: β’ Conducting inbound/outbound customer service calls. Creatively solving problems. β’ Use fundamental technical troubleshooting skills to isolate, analyze, and provide resolution to customer issues. β’ Quickly assessing customer needs and providing sound solutions. β’ Documenting details of calls and customer interactions. β’ Managing multiple systems, programs, and screens simultaneously. Qualifications: β’ Minimum 1 year of phone based, customer service experience β’ Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems β’ Strong customer service and written skills β’ Comfortable empathizing and remaining patient with difficult callers Requirements: SYSTEM AND HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS: Agent must provide his own Computer with the following specifications: β’ Processor: at least Core i5 β’ Memory: at least 8GB RAM β’ Operating system: Windows 10 β’ USB Headset with extended mic and with noise cancellation β’ Internet speed of at least 30mbps download and 30mbps upload β’ Internet should be wire connected NOT via Wifi β’ Quiet Working Environment Apply tot his job
