Job Description
Spaceman is a manufacturer of high quality commercial foodservice equipment, specializing in soft serve ice cream and frozen beverage machines. They are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support their accounting and operations team, responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices.
Responsibilities
- Enter vendor invoices and financial records into QuickBooks and internal CRM systems
- Process incoming payments and update accounting records
- Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections communication
- Maintain accurate financial and operational records
- Monitor invoice syncing between systems and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with monthly inventory tracking and reconciliation
- Support internal teams with invoicing and service documentation
Skills
- Minimum 1 year experience using QuickBooks Online required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently and follow through on assignments
- Previous experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, administrative support, or data entry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with Excel or spreadsheets
- Fast and accurate data entry skills
