Position Overview
We are hiring an Acquisitions Manager to communicate with homeowners, evaluate property opportunities, present purchase offers, and help secure contracts. This is a performance-based sales role suited for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at building rapport, and motivated by results.
This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses. It is not an MLM, recruiting position, or business opportunity.
- Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners by phone, text, and email
- Build rapport and understand motivation and timelines
- Gather property details and evaluate repair needs
- Review comparable sales and assist with determining offer ranges
- Present offers and negotiate terms professionally
- Secure purchase agreements
- Manage leads inside the company CRM
- Follow up with active and warm leads consistently
- Meet performance goals related to calls, offers, and signed contracts
- Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Prior sales experience required (real estate sales experience is a plus)
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up skills
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- CRM experience is helpful
