Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Developer to take hands-on responsibility for the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven products. This role is suited to an experienced engineer who actively builds and ships production systems, rather than operating in an advisory or consulting capacity. Role Responsibilities β’ Design, develop, and maintain production-grade AI applications β’ Build end-to-end solutions across model development, APIs, and infrastructure β’ Own technical implementation and delivery of AI features β’ Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions β’ Ensure code quality, performance, security, and reliability β’ Collaborate closely with the founder and stakeholders on product direction Required Experience β’ Demonstrable experience building and deploying AI systems in production β’ Strong programming skills (e.g. Python, ML frameworks, backend services) β’ Experience working with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines β’ Ability to take ownership of technical decisions and execution β’ Commercial awareness and product-oriented mindset Not a Consulting Role This is a hands-on engineering position. Candidates whose background is primarily consulting, advisory, or oversight-based, without direct recent development experience, will not be considered.
