Responsibilities:
Β Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries through calls, emails, and chat
Β Provide accurate information and assistance regarding flight reservations, bookings, cancellations, and general inquiries
Β Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism
Β Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and going the extra mile to exceed expectations
Requirements
Β Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
Β Experience with Amadeus is a must
Β Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or airline industry
Β Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Β Ability to navigate through computer systems and multitask efficiently
Β Willingness to work in shifts and weekends, as required in a 24/7 operation
Β Must be legally eligible to work in South Africa
Β Ensure you have at least 3 to 4 hours of power backup for laptop, with 2nd screen and internet connectivity, when load shedding happens.
