American College Admission Reader / Reviewer (remote)
Responsibilities
Providing unique insights into the application process and highly selective admissions criteria for Chinese high school students who are applying for American colleges. Salary commensurate with experience. Position is remote.
- Requirements
- Consultants who have at least 2-3 years of college counselor working experience in top 50 colleges in America is preferred; must have a bachelor’s degree or above.
- Counseling prospective student applicants about the admissions process, financial literacy, and academic preparation and planning to enroll at the University. Such counseling takes place through in-person appointments through Zoom or emails.
- Experience working with different range of populations as well as an understanding of their cultural differences and their effect on college planning.
- Strong communications, interpersonal, presentation and computer skills.
- Strong public speaking skills and the ability to present the University in a positive way to diverse populations.
