Job Description

Caltrans is the transportation agency for the State of California, focused on improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst I will serve in a customer service environment, overseeing procurement, stocking of supplies, and managing disbursement of checks, while also coordinating meetings and processing public records requests.

Responsibilities

Serves as lead for the procurement and stocking of general overhead supplies
Acts as the paymaster for disbursement of all checks for Project Management
Acts as the Conference, Meeting, and Training Coordinator for Project Delivery
Processes California Public Records Act requests
Assists with Property Control, Facilities, Procurement and Telecom

Skills

Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process
Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
If you are basing your eligibility on education, you must include your unofficial transcript(s)/diploma for verification
Applicants with foreign transcripts/degrees must provide a transcript/degree U.S. equivalency report evaluation that indicates the number of units and degree to which the foreign coursework is equivalent
