Job Description
Caltrans is dedicated to improving lives and communities through transportation. The Analyst II will be responsible for processing contracts, monitoring resources, and assisting with procurements and contract development under the direction of the Chief of Contract Management Support Branch.
Responsibilities
- Processing contracts and monitoring Division of Engineering Services (DES) resources
- Reviewing invoices and resolving issues related to invoices for assigned contracts
- Assisting with the processing and development of procurements, contracts, and engineering scopes of services
- Reviewing and processing A&E, IT, Non-IT Service contract requests (ADM360) packages
- Developing procedures and guidelines for the Branch
- Assisting in contract tracking database to ensure accuracy
Skills
- Possession of a valid driver's license is required when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
- Cover letter is required
- Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) is required. Failure to submit a Statement of Qualifications will disqualify candidates from the hiring process
- Resume is required but DOES NOT take the place of the SOQ
- Possession of Minimum Qualifications will be verified prior to interview and/or appointment
