Prior experience with interpreting and applying insurance policy contracts. Project Management experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, presentation, influencing, and relationship management skills; effective team building skills. Prior experience in Claims, Underwriting, and/or Compliance in Insurance or Financial Services industry (at least 3-5 years). A Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred. Paralegal experience is beneficial. Proficient in Adobe, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to story board and present business problems, business cases, and solutions.
