Position : Content ModeratorLocation : Hybrid Qormi Malta (office) or remote from anywhere in Malta

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
รย Review usergenerated content (e.g. sales ads)
รย Support users and answer their questions via email
รย Respond to customer inquiries on all topics related to the online marketplace
รย Participate in regular training sessions to learn and maintain expert knowledge of publication rules market trends and moderation best practices
รย Provide feedback to managers on trends common enduser mistakes and questions
รย Give an input on improvements of publication rules to improve user experiences
รย Follow communication procedures and policies
รย Evaluate and make decisions in accordance with defined policies and guidelines.
REQUIREMENTS :
รย Native / fluent in Danish both verbal and written. Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
รย Previous experience in content moderation customer care and / or online business will be considered as an advantage
รย Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
รย Flexible and able to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment
รย Conscientious and reliable
รย Strong attention to detail
รย Customer focused with willingness to assist
รย Team player.
