ΓΒ This position will work closely with CS Supervisor and Department Manager to prioritize and complete work daily.

Requirements:
ΓΒ Requires a high school diploma, GED, peak call center experience or business experience which reflects an intense seasonality, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
ΓΒ Excellent communication and listening skills and the ability to emphasize with our customers.
ΓΒ Successfully maintaining the energy and initiative required to meet the demands of a very short and intense "season"
ΓΒ Utilizing the telephone in customer contact
ΓΒ Ability to stay positive under sometimes stressful conditions
ΓΒ Must have knowledge of personal computers and basic math and business operations
ΓΒ Seasonal positions start in October- through December with the possibility of overtime
ΓΒ WORKING REMOTE, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, Extended hours and Saturdays may be required Apply Job!
