We are looking for someone who is motivated, thrives in a business atmosphere, and enjoys working as a part of a team. The ideal candidate for this position is detail oriented, focused, organized, and able to provide superior customer service.Responsibilities:
รย Processing a high volume of orders on a daily basis with an understanding of specific requirements for each order/customer
รย Reviewing orders for accuracy
รย Providing customers with timely responses to questions on order status, tracking, and other general inquiries
รย Managing online customer orders and associated data via EDI portals
รย Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
รย Regularly communicating with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
รย Invoice orders daily, weekly, and as needed
รย Supporting sales and marketing team as needed
รย Handling other general office duties including being able and willing to successfully rotate tasks within the department as needed
Requirements:
รย High degree of proficiency and proven past experience in the areas of data entry using software, online portals, spreadsheets, etc.
รย Previous experience with ERP software
รย Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat
รย Excellent verbal and written communication skills
รย Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
รย Experience in a customer service and order processing environment preferred
รย Work in person in an office setting with sitting, standing, walking, answering the phone, using computers, and lifting office boxes
รย Ability to follow written, audio, visual, and verbal directions.
รย Masks may be required in common areas pending current local health department guidelines
รย Clock in/out on Browser based time clock
