Zgraph, a dynamic and fast-growing company in the software and digital marketing industry, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper or accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial records and transactions of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, as well as excellent numerical and analytical skills. You will work closely with management to support the financial operations of the company.Responsibilities:
รย Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
รย Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
รย Prepare and process payroll
รย Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements
รย Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes
รย Prepare financial reports and assist with financial analysis
รย Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies
รย Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
รย Handle other financial and administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
รย Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or similar role
รย Proficient in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks)
รย Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
รย Excellent numerical and analytical skills
รย Attention to detail and accuracy
รย Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
รย Good communication and interpersonal skills
รย Associate degree or higher in accounting or related field is preferred
รย Professional certification (e.g. Certified Bookkeeper) is a plus
