Overview:As a Travel Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless travel arrangements for our clients and employees. Key Responsibilities:
รย Travel Arrangement:
รย Assist in booking flights, accommodations, rental cars, and other transportation arrangements for clients and employees
รย Research and recommend travel options that align with budget and preferences
รย Ensure all travel documents and itineraries are accurate and up-to-date
รย Customer Service:
รย Act as the primary point of contact for travelers, addressing their queries and concerns promptly and professionally
รย Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive travel experience for all clients and employees
รย Itinerary Management:
รย Create and maintain detailed travel itineraries, including flight schedules, hotel reservations, and activity bookings
รย Coordinate with various vendors and service providers to secure all necessary travel components
รย Prepare quotes, itineraries and invoices related to travel expenses for clientรยs to review and agree to
Qualifications:
รย High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality, tourism, or a related field is a plus
