Job Description:
The selected candidate will support the management of both our rental properties and vehicle fleet, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests and clients. The role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Airbnb Management:
Β Be on-call to address any issues that may arise with Airbnb guests.
Β Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams if necessary to resolve guest concerns.
Β Ensure properties remain in good condition and are ready for the next guest.
Turo Vehicle Management:
Β Handle the check-in and check-out process for vehicles.
Β Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections, including taking detailed photos of each vehicle to document its condition.
Β Ensure vehicles are cleaned and prepared for guests before each rental.
Β Take post-trip photos upon vehicle return to verify the condition of the car.
Β Coordinate vehicle deliveries and returns for guests who request delivery service.
Requirements:
Β Valid driverΒs license (mandatory).
Β Experience in customer service or property/vehicle management is preferred but not required.
Β Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Β Flexibility to respond to issues and assist as needed throughout the day.
Β Professionalism when interacting with guests and clients.
