Job Description
Aareas Interactive Inc. is a PropTech company focused on building virtual design centers and digital sales platforms for home builders. The Associate Account Executive will support the senior sales team throughout the sales cycle, engage with leads, and manage sales administration while learning the company's methodology and preparing for a career in sales.
Responsibilities
- Support Senior AEs across the full sales cycle β research, outreach, demos, follow-up, and closing
- Qualify inbound leads and industry event contacts via discovery calls
- Develop your own outreach habits over time β proactively building relationships and following up on your own leads
- Assist in building and delivering product demos, gradually taking on more as you grow
- Prepare and manage quotes, proposals, and contracts for active deals
- Draft professional client emails, letters, and correspondence on behalf of the sales team
- Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene β accurate forecasting and consistent pipeline management
- Coordinate internal approvals and documentation needed to move deals forward
- Use AI tools to work more efficiently across all of the above β drafting, research, formatting, follow-up
- Travel across North America to represent Aareas at industry trade shows and conferences
- Engage with prospects and clients at events β generating leads, building relationships, and supporting the sales team on the ground
- Assist with trade show logistics, booth setup, and follow-up coordination
Skills
- A natural salesperson with a great attitude, an outgoing personality, and a passion for technology and real estate
- Some prior sales, client-facing, or customer service experience in any industry β formal sales training is not required
- Strong written communication skills β you'll be drafting quotes, proposals, and client emails
- Comfortable with digital tools and picking up new software quickly
- Use of AI tools first in everyday work is a must
- Valid passport and ability to travel across North America for trade shows
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Design, Real Estate, Urban Planning, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- CRM experience is a bonus but not required
- Recent graduates with a strong academic record and the right attitude are equally welcome
