Description:
Β Planning, executing, monitoring, and updating detailed schedules supporting ICS projects and personnel, including AFSI/AFHE installs, maintenance, and proposals.
Β Directing and managing the use of personnel, subcontractors, tools, and materials to meet aggressive schedules, while maintaining quality of work that is consistent with KBR and stakeholder standards.
Β Coordinating the maintenance and tracking of project documents, deliverables and submitting that information to management, cost control and stakeholders.
Β Overseeing the generation, interpreting, updating, approval, and maintenance of AFSI/AFHE drawings.
Β Submitting tailored weekly/monthly reports for tracking safety, costs, materials, and the execution of projects.
Β Creating and maintaining positive relationships while effectively engaging and collaborating with stakeholders.
Β Organizing, scheduling, and conducting quality task order status and design review conferences.
Β Preparing and delivering conference notes and meeting minutes.
Β Reporting program status updates to Operations Managers.
Β Attending and contributing to program tier meetings.
Β Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Β U.S. Citizenship
Β Ability to pass a NACLC security background check
Β Experience in government or commercial fuel projects.
Β Experience with fuels systems as applied to AFSI/AFHE.
Β Experience in dealing with Government Contracts.
Β Must be able to pass a NACLC security background check.
Β Computer and database experience.
Β BachelorΒs degree in engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Β Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) effectively for daily administrative tasks and project support.
Β Active or previous security clearance.
Β Current possession of a government CAC.
Β Experience with Costpoint.
Β PMP, CAPM or similar certifications.
